5. Shipping and Delivery

•  We deliver across India and selected international destinations.
•  Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the product type and location.
•  Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
•  RajKamal NX is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

•  We offer returns/exchanges only on select products and under certain conditions.
•  Customised or personalised items are not eligible for return or exchange.
•   Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and the product must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and certificate intact.
•   Refunds will be processed only after inspection and approval by our quality control team.

•   All our jewellery is quality-checked and hallmarked as applicable.
•   We offer a warranty against manufacturing defects (not including wear & tear, damage, or misuse).
